Linen, a quality fabric

introduction
Leaving aside the fact that linen is an expensive fabric due to the complexity of the manufacturing process, we all know that it is a 100% natural fabric, which is why we chose it to be the star of our first Heret collection.
Before we move on to additional tips for caring for this fabric, let’s take a look at why linen is so special.
It is extremely breathable- it allows air to circulate, preventing your body temperature from rising excessively, especially on hot summer days.
It absorbs moisture, which helps to reduce heat in conditions of humidity and excessive warmth.
It becomes more durable over time- it is a very strong fabric, and it grows even more delicate as it ages.
It is environmentally friendly- being a plant-based fabric, it is gentle on both the environment and your skin.
care instructions
Here are some tips on how to care for linen fabric:
- Do not use bleach, as it can damage the fibers.
- Use lukewarm or cold water and choose delicate washing cycles (if available). It is best to wash linen by hand and use a mild detergent.
- Avoid wringing or twisting it too hard, and allow it to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
- Iron on the reverse side of the garment to prevent discoloration over time. Use a medium heat setting and avoid pressing too hard.
Once you get used to caring for linen, everything will become much easy.
